III. SHIPPING POLICY & REFUND POLICY
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States and United States territories.
At Golden Pet Life, we are proud of our products and have high standards for our products and ourselves. So, we have high standards to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us in writing via email or US mail within 14 calendar days for a full refund, no questions asked.
If you would like to request a refund or store credit, please contact us via email at support@goldenpetlife.com.
Please make sure to have your order number and the reason for your refund or exchange ready.

Buyer pays return shipping cost. Please send us tracking number after your return has been approved by us.

Additionally, Golden Pet Life reserves the right to have sales or different prices on this Site online that may or may not be the same as retail stores that sell Golden Pet Life products.

All Golden Pet Life pet CBD products are only intended for the use for pets, not intended for human consumption at all. You, as the customer, understand Golden Pet Life products are not intended for human consumption.
