Jimbo Phillips is a world-renowned artist from Santa Cruz, California and born and raised in the art world. His father, Jim Phillips, designed all the artwork for Santa Cruz Skateboards in the 70s and 80s and is the creator of the iconic “Screaming Hand” logo.
